About the Window Tint Training Institute

The Window Tint Training Institute is an Australian online institute that teaches car window tinting. We run one course: a set of step-by-step video lessons that take you from your first tool to tinting every window of a car. You pay once, and you keep access for life. The course is built for complete beginners, and for detailers and other car businesses that want to add tinting to their services.

Who we are

The institute is operated by Lovell Digital Properties Pty Ltd (ABN 71 691 669 280), a small business based in Adelaide, South Australia. The course went online in 2024, and more than a hundred Australians have enrolled since then. The course is sold and supported from Australia, and prices are in Australian dollars.

Your instructor, Alex

Alex has tinted cars professionally since 2012 and has worked on more than 15,000 of them. Before filming this course, he trained more than 230 students in person through five-day hands-on workshops, and the online lessons follow the same order he taught there.

On video, Alex shows you the tools and what each one is for, how to clean the glass, how to cut a pattern and heat-shrink film on curved glass, and how to install it on door windows, rear windows and quarter windows.

What the course is

The course is a set of online video lessons that you watch at your own pace on a phone, tablet or computer. It starts with tools, slip solution and how to choose film, then works through each window of a car: back doors, front doors, sedan and hatchback rear windows, and quarter windows, using both top-loading and bottom-loading methods. You don’t need any previous experience. It costs $129.95 AUD as a single payment, with lifetime access to every lesson, so you can rewatch a step whenever you need it. How the certificate works

When you have practised and feel ready, you can apply for the institute’s certificate:

1. Film yourself tinting every window of a full car, step by step.
2. Upload the video to Google Drive or YouTube, set to unlisted or private.
3. Email the link to admin@lovelldigitalproperties.com.
4. We assess your work and send you feedback.
5. Once your work is approved, you receive a printable certificate issued by the Window Tint Training Institute.

Refunds

If the course isn’t right for you, you can ask for a refund within seven days of buying it. This is a seven-day money-back policy, no questions asked, and the full amount is refunded.
